GAMIRI values its users’ privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) will help you understand the information that we may collect and what we will and will not do with the information.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy at any given time. If you want to make sure that you are up to date with the latest changes, we advise you to frequently visit this page. If at any point in time GAMIRI decides to make use of any personally identifiable information, the user or users shall be promptly notified by email. Users at this time shall have the option as to whether to permit the use of their information in this separate manner.

This Policy applies to users of the GAMIRI web site, and it governs any and all data collection and usage by us. Through the use of the GAMIRI web site, you are therefore consenting to the data collection procedures expressed in this Policy.

Please note that this Policy does not govern the collection and use of information that GAMIRI does not control, nor by individuals not employed or managed by us. If you visit a website that we mention or link to, be sure to review its privacy policy before providing the site with information. It is highly recommended and suggested that you review the privacy policies and statements of any website you choose to use or frequent to better understand the way in which websites garner, make use of and share the information collected.

Information we collect:

GAMIRI’s game platform does not collect personal identifiable information from users and does not track them with any third-party trackers including Google Analytics. This does not include any native analytics on any third-party platform (e.g., Google Play store) that are beyond GAMIRI’s control.

The sole information that GAMIRI may collect will be for sales transactions on third party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, Itch.io, Epic Games Stores, Steam, etc.). GAMIRI will retain the user information required to store for accounting purposes.

How long will you retain information before deleting it:

GAMIRI intends to retain sales purchase information for 2 (two) years and retain only the minimum information required to financially account for the transaction of buying the game, as dictated by the app stores themselves. GAMIRI shall not track or data store beyond this necessity and if GAMIRI plans change, it will notify users on its web page.

What measures will take place to ensure the privacy of the users:

GAMIRI shall not retain data beyond that required to complete transactions in the game platform ecosystems. GAMIRI shall encrypt all data that it may store locally to mitigate any potential breach.

GAMIRI will not participate in in-game tracking beyond that of retaining records for sales and purchases.

GAMIRI shall comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA). GAMIRI shall also comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act of Canada (PIPEDA).
